Submission of Statements of Account (SoA) to the Owner for every accomplished phase based from the signed and notarized Contract.

Different terms may be applied in the Contract depending on the negotiation between the Owner and OAD.

The Owner must directly consult the Architect regarding any changes or revisions in the handled project.
